What does "opened live" mean?

All TCG purchases will be opened during our live streams! We will not open your order until we see that you are present in the chat. If you are not present by the end of stream your order will be cancelled.

In the case that you are not able to wait for your turn in queue and would like us to hold your order until next stream, please email us or let us know in chat!

 

What is your streaming schedule for Rip n Ships?

aloe goes live every Friday @7PM PST on her Twitch and TikTok.

lough goes live every Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday @8PM PST on his Twitch and TikTok.

 

If I make another order within the same stream, will I be charged again for shipping?

No, your orders will be shipped together and additional shipping will be refunded. 

If 3+ orders are made we will use what is necessary (which is usually around $10) and refund your shipping that was not used.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

RIP N' SHIP: Our drop-off days are Monday and Friday, but we sometimes ship throughout the week as well.

 

What happened to the mousepads?

Currently we are having some issues with the manufacturer. I cannot give an exact return date, but I am working on resolving the issue or finding a new manufacturer. Please be patient, any updates will be posted to my socials <3

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final.

Items are not eligible for return or exchange and payments are nonrefundable after purchase.
