What does opening live mean?

All TCG purchases will be opened live on stream! We will not open your order until we see that you are present in the stream. You will then have priority in queue for the next stream. If you are not present within the end of the next stream your items will be shipped to you sealed.

In the case that you are not able to attend the next stream and would like us to hold your order until you are available, please email us! 

What is your streaming schedule for Rip n Ships?

Aloe goes live on Monday and Thursday @6PM PST on her Twitch(aloeson) and TikTok(aloeson_).

Lough goes live on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday @6PM PST on his Twitch(loughh) and TikTok(lough).

How long does it take to ship my order?

Mousepads: Processing time is 8-10 business days. This does not include shipping time! (Items typically do not take the full processing time)

RIP N' SHIP: Our drop-off days are Monday and Friday. If you place an order on Monday it will be shipped Friday, and if you place an order on Friday it will be shipped Monday.

What happened to the mousepads?

Currently we are having some issues with the manufacturer. I cannot give an exact return date, but I am working on resolving the issue or finding a new manufacturer. Please be patient, any updates will be posted to my socials <3

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final.

Items are not eligible for return or exchange and payments are nonrefundable after purchase.
